Minsur went up 10 positions in the TOP 100 ranking of Merco Talento, which measures the companies’ skills to attract and retain the best national talent. Currently, Minsur is 7th in the ranking corresponding to the mining industry, climbing two positions among the mining companies operating in Peru.
